Johnny Kim (SNN, Jerusalem, Israel) – The Israel Government Press Office (GPO) and GPO Director Nitzan Chen will host an all-digital Christian Media Summit on Sunday, 18 October 2020. The online event offers a tremendous list of speakers including President Reuven Rivlin, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman [see the full list of speakers at www.cms-israel.com].

This year’s event, titled “Israel in the Midst of COVID, Media Bias & Peace Agreements”, brings together 150 top-tier Christian news executives and public opinion leaders from around the world. Attended by founders and CEOs of world-renowned Christian media outlets, viewers will hear about key topics relevant to Israel and the Christian world.

The purpose of the Christian Media Summit is to foster better understanding and strengthen the friendship between Christians around the world and the State of Israel. The government of Israel views the Christian media as a vital and professional channel of information to Christian viewers, readers, and online participants worldwide.

The summit features an in-depth encounter with Israel's political, civic, cultural, and religious leadership. The Government Press Office is offering exclusive access to this year’s online event to those who sign up in advance at gponewsletter.ravpage.co.il/cms2020.

GPO Director Nitzan Chen: “The Christian Media Summit has become a valued tradition in our calendar and we are not prepared to give up on this tremendous event no matter what, despite these challenging times. The summit is a unique opportunity to catch up with our colleagues in the Christian media world.”
